The greatest plus for me is that I can bring my 10 and 12 year olds to work out. So we as a family can make fitness a priority and doing it together makes it fun.

I like the convenience I'm only 4.5 minutes away. It's also a fresh and clean environment.

What do you like about your Y experience?

I like the activities for kids and really appreciate the stay and play room so that I can workout while my kids have something fun to do too. The exercise equipment is modern and fun to use. Everyone is friendly and I appreciate that employees are vaccinated.

What do you like about your Y experience?

Right now, I'm enrolled in Aqua Zumba and water aerobics classes--they are great! I have also used the gym and circuit weights. I enjoy using the Y!

I have been attending the Y for over 20 years. It has been a source of therapy for me
after two knee replacements . The pool and facilities are well maintained, and the
aqua arthritis instructors are superb. We have a lot of fun, make new friends, and
reap enormous benefits from this program
