Went in for a #5 haircut & waited a little longer than the expected 25 minutes which was fine & didn't need any hair products nor the massage chair or hot towel Macy offered before the haircut.

The stylists always are patient and understanding. My boys are autistic/ADHD and they’ve worked with them to the point where they will get haircuts without a problem
Love the fact that I don’t have to have an appointment weeks later n advance. I can go to the app and join the line up and know exactly when I can get a haircut. Lady barbers are great and the hot towel hair wash and follow up massage are an added bonus. Couldn’t be happier.

All of the stylists that I have had in Ohio and Florida have been great. My issue is that every time I go to get a haircut the stylist I liked is no longer at the store, left the store for some reason or another. Maybe upgrade their pay? I went to a barber for 35 years and always been able to see the same one ( maybe 2 or 3 because of retirement ).
