The service is always great! The online check in makes it convenient so I don't have to wait long when I get there. The sportclips location I go to seems to be very well run.
I thought my hairstylist did an excellent job very professional but I do believe your prices are going way too high and they keep going up I will not be able to attend but the person working there was very good

Provided the haircut I wanted. Friendly and did a great job.
Robin is the only person my father and I trust to cut our hair. Your location is always clean, neat and friendly. The only thing I could suggest is that more effort is made to keep the TVs on live sporting events, especially as we get into the baseball season where you have afternoon games.

This haircut is not at all what I wanted. I went in and showed the lady a picture of how I wanted my hair. I then explained that I want it to be curly and fluffy in the front kinda like how it was but not in my eyes. I thought she understood me. I was not planning on getting an MVP haircut at all, I did not want to spend that money. However, the lady did not ask me what kind of a haircut I wanted like normal people do. She did what she wanted and charged me for and MVP haircut. (She said before she cut my hair that she was going to rinse it instead of using a spray bottle. So I thought that was okay and I thought there would be no extra charge. She then proceeded to shampoo and condition my hair and then charge me for an MVP haircut. I didn't even get the back massage that I look forward too if I ever do decide to get an MVP.) Because she got my hair this wet, I was no longer able to see my curls. Therefore, this haircut did not go how I wanted. She charged me more than I wanted without asking, she got my curly hair soaking wet before cutting it, and she never gave me my back massage even though she secretly charged me for mvp
I loved the two stylist that worked on my son’s hair. They were able to adapt to them.
