Too hard to make appointments with a specific stylist. If she doesn’t start work until 1:00, you can’t begin making an appointment until 1:00. I understand why, but it’s very annoying that an appointment can’t be scheduled beforehand.

The staff and their haircuts are really good, however the wait time is not real accurate with the check in online and the time it actually takes to get your haircut. Other than that everything's great

Your stylist Kristen was amazing! You were the only salon open late and I was a bit reluctant to have my hair cut as you specialize in men’s styles. Kristen gave me superb haircut. She was very familiar with ladies’ styles and crafted a beautiful one for me. I enthusiastically recommend her!
