I don't think there is much or anything to improve really. I didn't put a 10 just thinking about all the different cases someone may want a haircut. I think there are salons that may offer stylist services that are more complicated than the ones you offer and therefor for those cases I wouldn't recommend you. But, to my friends, I'd say I'd recommend it if given the chance.

Cassandra at the 6 mile cypress location is wonderful. very skilled and personable. Great attention to detail. Would highly recommend.
The pampered service is awesome.
This is my go to store. Tried several others but they do a great job, extremely friendly and do a great job of not going thru the motions on the extras.
Wish when you checked in on line they would tell you who your last stylist was. I never remember would be a nice touch for customer service and should just be a programming fix.

I have to say I was very impressed by the whole experience. Trish was my stylist and and she was awesome. She had to fix a bad haircut by someone else and I can’t believe the results. It started with going over what I wanted and then the haircut. The shampooing was great with the hot towels and then the neck and shoulder massage. I wanted to give her a hug when I was finished I was so happy especiallly since I was a little nervous about going there. Just so you know I will be back and Trish will be the one who cuts my hair. Thank you Trish and Super Cuts.
