I walked into the store after getting the worst haircut of my life at another establishment. I'm giving a shot out to Jessica as she was able to perform damage control and salvage "my look". I highly recommend her and I will be returning to her for all my future haircuts.

My haircut was uneven. Don't think the person who was supposed to trim my beard had any experience. Then I had to deal with one of my boys crying afterwards because they weren't supposed to cut anything off the top and they didn't listen. My other son was the only one that was ok with his haircut. No way to make this right. I will not be returning
