I had a great experience from the time I walked in. Sorry that I did not get the gals name, but her chair was the closest to the cash register, she was quite nice to us. My actual hair stylist was Dawn. What a hoot, we had the best conversation, seemed I knew her forever, I absolutely love folks like her. She cut my hair per picture I showed her, great job, gave me a full treatment that was so nice I did not want to leave, that shampoo was the BEST. I will look forward to seeing her in the future. God bless the gals there...
Belitza is one of the few stylists that have ever cut my hair perfectly.

Did not do a call ahead and the wait time was not long at all. Had a coupon for the MVP but next cut just a regular cut .Mary was the young lady that did my hair and would recommend her to anyone.

I was taken care of by Kathleen today and she was awesome! Cut my hair exactly as I requested all while having a wonderfully entertaining conversation with me! We had a few great laughs!
P/S: I like this new survey system because in the past, Cat has cut my hair twice in a row and when I tried to leave her a great review, my original one was there and it wouldn’t let me leave one. I mentioned it to her last time and I said it to Kathleen again today and BAM! I get to leave a fresh review(s)! AWESOME!!

Make sure all of your stylists are as good as the one I got this time. I don't mind paying more for a cut if it is good, but when the stylists give me the same cut I could get somewhere else for $10 less, I will get it done by someone else.

I love the fact that I can check in online, the stylists are always professional and go the extra mile to make sure I'm satisfied with my hair cut. Being able to have my hair washed after the cut is instrumental as it gets rid of any loose hair which could become itchy. Especially here in Florida where it's warm and humid in the summer time. Great job and kudos to the entire Port Charlotte, FL team! You are all awesome and appreciated!!
