My last two stylists were very polite, pretty Oh yeah and well trained hairstyles! I’m happy with my haircut.

I went into the store because of a coupon I received for a free haircut. Because I didn’t have the coupon on me I was told I could not get the free haircut even though the staff had free haircut coupons on hand.
The barber did a terrible job cutting my sons hair and gave him a blunt cut girl haircut that made him look like a girl. She didn’t ask me if it was okay and walked him over to the washer. I walked over to let her know that was not okay for us and had to re explain what we wanted. She continually acted like she didn’t understand me and kept asking my son if he was okay with it the way she already cut it.
The prices listed on the wall started at $24, she told it it would be $28 before the cut and did not allow us to choose another option. After the hair cut she charged us $33 but did not explain why she increased the charges or even mention it. I still tipped her even though we regretted ever going into that store. The barber was very rude and unethical.
It was truly one of the worst hair cut experiences ever. We regret going there.

Hair Stylist listened and cut my hair exactly how I asked it to be cut. She was friendly and attentive and the whole visit was smooth. definitely going back.
