Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It was very noticeable from the staffs' actions that they wanted my dog to have a good experience at Dogtopia. They were aware of her hesitation to jump in and play at first and slowly introduced her to the other dogs in the 'toy box' area.

I’m very impressed with the staffs’ professionalism and ability to put people at ease.. I like friendly interaction the staff has with the the pet parents and our respective fur babies. I also like the ability to check on my fur baby via webcam whenever I want.

Every doggy is treated like an individual personality. The customer service is fantastic, and I love how they treat my dog. I would recommend Dogtopia to anyone that cares about their fur baby. After thinking about the cost !!! $ 20 for a 6 hr romp !!! Better than the damage my previous puppy damage has ever cost

I love that your place is order free of pet smells. That was quite a surprise to me when I entered the building. Also, you do not have many obstacles on the ground that would hurt the animals when they are running or chasing other dogs. I appreciated that as well. The staff for the most part were very attentive to the dogs. I wish I could see more interactions, petting, talking to them, etc but what was demonstrated was sufficient. All and all, I really was impress with the business.

The staff was knowledgeable and professional yet also friendly. At the time I was there, 3ish on a weekend, the lobby filled quickly. The staff remained undaunted. Engaging each customer, handling the dogs while answering the phone and doing office work - marvelous multitasking!

If I do have a complaint, it would be to shake down and get that air conditioning problem remedied. I remain thoroughly impressed otherwise.

I went there for a free 15-20 session. The staff was most helpful and the cameras were awesome. Looking forward to my young pup going there. Ty so much ❤️

Love the friendly staff and having an AC'd location for my fluffy pup to play and socialize. They are always clean and professional and my dog loses his mind with excitement and runs to the door to go the second we even utter the word "Dogtopia" at home.

Poppy went for her first doggy daycare day at Dogtopia this week. She had a blast! We are definitely going to be back again.

You guys are great! I was really worried Daisy would be unhappy going to doggy daycare all summer. The staff were super friendly and gave Daisy the love she needed to feel comfortable and safe at Dogtopia. She went from being nervous and shy at the first couple visits to outgoing and excited by the end of the summer. Daisy loves you guys, so I do, too.

It is a convenient location, have access to watch the pups on the app, and friendly staff.

I loved that every time I would check on my dog on the webcam, he wasn't in the crate and the attendant was interacting with the dogs instead of on their cell phones. I also cannot thank y'all enough for the wellness checks that you do and catching Miu's burned back paws. I had no idea and he wasn't acting like he was in pain, so I may have never caught unless it got worse. Thanks again!

Great customer service offered by friendly knowledgeable staff. They know your pet's name each time you arrive too! The facility is clean and has a refreshing smell. Staff working with the dogs on each room go all out to make your dog's stay amazing.

This place is Awesome. The staff and facilities are some of the best I've seen. Our two big babies were well taken care of during their first boarding and we can't wait to book a daycare day soon! This is the first place that we have felt completely comfortable with caring for our pups like we would. Cannot speak highly enough of this place and their staff after only one boarding stay. We will be guests here for a long time if this is the standard. No outdoor area may be offputting to some but our two don't care much for the heat or cold, so it works just fine for us.
