Everyone was very nice and welcoming. My dog seemed very happy while there.
Being able to have my dog get his nails and a bath while he is at daycare! The hours, and the staff! Maverick loves coming to daycare, he actually gets upset when he doesn’t go. I know he’s treated well while he is at Dogtopia!

Love all of the staff members that I’ve been in contact with thus far. They have all been very helpful, informative, & friendly. Also, Max had the BEST time there! I love that he’s able to spend the day with dogs, play, socialize, exercise & even flirt. He’s looking forward to his next daycare days!

My dog is happy there. I feel safe knowing that she is treated well since I can check in on the cameras. The employees are very friendly to me and my dog. I like the special events and treats the dogs get. I enjoy the social media presence. I think the Foundation is a great cause. The company seems very flexible in that it adapted quickly to Coronavirus. I like the curbside service.
My only area of improvement would be greater transparency in the grooming department. My dog gas previously had lots of anxiety and issues with grooming. At Dogtopia they say she has done well; I would like to see that for myself!

Went to get Missy, my dog, an assessment tor day care.The whole process was handled in a very friendly, professional manner. After her assessment, the handlers came out and gave a report on how Missy had reacted. to the different environment settings. Missy seemed very excited and seemed to have enjoyed her experience. I was pleased with the staff. I wasn't able to check out the facility due to the safety measures in place, but look forward to view her next stay via video.
