Dogtopia Round Rock was so welcoming. Every dog that I saw enter was greeted by name. The facility was extremely clean and bright. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and patient. It is clear everyone who works at Dogtopia really and truly loves dogs!

The staff gave me a thorough tour of the facility. When I watch my dogs on the camera, they both look happy and look like they are having fun. There is always staff with them. I also like the softer floor (rather than concrete at some places) .

I liked every aspect of our meet and greet. It was clean, you could see the pups in the window having fun. The staff was kind and patient with hearing all the details before leaving maci there. I liked that there’s cameras to see them when you’re away too. I’ll definitely be bringing her back in the future. :)
We love that Dogtopia make our dog Attila choose to tug us to the car garage instead of the dog park the second "daycare" is mentioned. He would choose Dogtopia over anything any day. Bringing him in always makes me feel so reassured he is loved because the staff is always excited to see him and even notices when it has been a while! We found out there was a Dogtopia closer to us and I told my husband we are not switching off of Round Rock location because the Round Rock staff are just too wonderful!

Amazing service! The entire staff was amazing and my dog had the best time!!!
My dog didn’t smell dirty when I got him back. The staff gave me an update on how he did. The open window was great. They had coffee available if needed. It was better than the other two locations I have taken him to and the other locations charge me more than this one. Better service and cheaper, I think this location is great.

The people were very nice and seemed to enjoy the dogs. I absolutely love being able to see her while she is there and watch how she reacts to other dogs. It made my vacation better not having to worry knowing that I could check on her. They also bathed her before I picked her up.
