From the very first person that greeted us to the last person we saw, the staff was so friendly and helpful! We were nervous at first because this was my pup Kobe’s first time being around other dogs, but we got an immediate phone call update that he was doing well! He tends to hover around humans and we loved that on multiple occasions we saw the worker in the room give Kobe extra pets or hugs to comfort him! The worker also made sure no dogs were cornered or picked on by other dogs and broke up any bad dog behavior immediately. They made sure Kobe was comfortable at all times and we feel good about leaving him over night this weekend!

I was really in a bind as I had to take my daughter to the doctor and our pup does not like to be left alone. I called to dogtopia asking if they had room and they said of course. I was so happy that they were able to take our pup. She had a wonderful time and cannot wait to go back

I have a hard time leaving Remi but knowing that I can view him on the camera when available makes me feel so much better. I definitely will continue to take him to Dogtopia when needed!

The staff there really care about the dogs. They are very kind ,gentle and have a loving attitude toward the dogs and their owners. I trust the staff and so does my dog.
Heather working the front desk was amazing. I was a manager at H-E-B and now I’m a commercial pilot, I know great talent and customer service when I see it. The interview process made me feel like this was a safe place to leave my dog Chance while I fly overnight on trips. I also like the fact that she will have other dogs to play with while I’m gone.
Everything.. I just don't like everything, I love everything.. The employees are awesome.. My girls LOVE them all.. I wouldn't mind seeing more interaction with the dogs. Other wise. Truly it's an amazing place to take by My girls. Best part is they come home sooooo tired.. They are So excited to get there.

I love the employees there. Even the owner is very kind and down-to-Earth. Usually, Maximus barks in excitement before I even park because he knows he’s going to have fun. I LOVE how clean the facility is and the smell of it. It doesn’t smell like a dog has even been there.
They have these awesome “dog days” where various activities are done, such as giving dog-friendly treats such as pup-sicles, wieners, beer, edible bubbles and pics!
I also like their prices; they don’t have insane prices like some doggy daycares.
Of course, I absolutely love being able to see my dog via the Dogtopia app!

Everyone is so friendly & Max loves going! He’s always exhausted in a good way when I pick him up. I love that we are able to check in throughout the day to see how they are doing because they provide cameras. It’s such a great way for dogs to socialize & get exercise when we work, 8-10 hours a day. I feel so much better on days that he can spend the day with other dogs & friendly handlers, rather than stay home alone.
The staff is friendly, our dog is always treated well and comes home tired! We've been using daycare and boarding services for about a year and a half and we would recommend Dogtopia to anyone!

The dogs are engaged in fun activities and well supervised during play. The workers are friendly. The pick up/drop off is easy and covid safe.
I had never had an occasion to need a doggy day care, so I had no idea what to expect. We now have a rescue pup that had a pretty rough start to life and is timid with groups of dogs. Now that she's healthy, growing like a weed, and up for it I thought it would be good to expose her to the world apart from our ranch animals. The staff was beyond caring, wanting to know about her and how best to help her acclimate. I was able to watch the webcam and even though she had "glued" her silly self to the wall for a little bit, the staff in the Romper Room was attentive and would go to her and offer reassurance and seemed to genuinely care about our sweet girl, Dory. By the end of the day she seemed to be willing to join in and had a couple of BFF's going. I will be bringing her back for sure! The report card and picture were the icing on the cake!
