Incredibly friendly staff, yet very professional. My chair was essentially salvaged by this cleaning to the point it looks almost brand-new, and my carpeting (and stairs) looked amazing. The scent left behind did not aggravate my scent-sensitivity--just smelled fresh and clean, and the scent faded as the carpet dried. I was very pleased with the service--will not hesitate to call again.

I like that you don't use any chemicals, also that it is safe for children and pets. Also an added bonus is that it doesn't take as long to dry as others. Leaves a very nice smell of a giant orange peal, just wish that smell would stay around for a while. The gentleman that came out and cleaned my carpet was very amazing, polite, and answered all of my questions that I had.
