My carpet didn't look to much different. They emailed me and said since the service wasn't what I expected, they would come out and do it again! I was so surprised! I didn't expect that at all. James did a fabulous job!!! He's professional and very knowledgable about his job.. He was kind, courteous and very neat and tidy. He was very careful to protect all of my wood work and wood floors... He did an outstanding job and I would use him again and highly recommend him and Zerorez to all my friends and family.

I was very pleased with all aspects of the experience. You were prompt in getting back to me via email and phone both for the estimate and prior to our appointment; you anticipated and forwarded info that made it easy for me to notify those who would be affected and delineated what was expected; the technician was on time and professional in his performance; the spots were gone and the carpet was clean again: and finally the carpet dried in a few hours such that we were able to put things back the next morning. The only thing I would ask is we still have a small spot at the office manager's area that was more spoiled and I was wondering if you could see if a second spot clean would get rid of the stain. The invoice has been forwarded to the office and they should send you a check this week. Thanks again,
