Fits my schedule
Your people are very friendly and the facilities
I only attend the Silver Sneakers class on Tuesday and Thursday with Joyce at 9:45. Enjoy the class very much.
Good instructors! Friendly staff! Don't like the old men hanging out in the exercise room watching everybody!
Good teachers good virity
Weight training
Pool
Variety and great instructors
The pool for me and the gym forms wife!
Great choices. I've tried pool exercises by three different instructors and they were all excellent. Currency a knee injury is keeping me out of the pool.
I'm currently in Enhanced Fitness and it exceeds my expectations. Fae is the perfect person to instruct seniors. I cannot imagine anyone else in her position. Fae's energy is contagious, she is encouraging, consistent, clearly understood and changes up the routine to keep it interesting,. She is always reminding us of keeping safe in our exercise movements
Her sense of humor and quick wlt makes her class 'fun. My physical health has improved since I've been in her class. At the age of 79 my heath is my number one priority , so Enhanced Fitness three days a week is meeting my needs perfectly.
My only disappointment at Suncoast YMCA was gentle yoga, which was not gentle. Over 25 years I've been in yoga , gentle yoga and chair yoga in Citrus county . Your instructor does not understand the needs of senior citizens. I've tried two of her classes and now go elsewhere for gentle yoga.
Overall, your YMCA is top notch. Wonderful asset to our community. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful
I only go to the gym
Gym and locker rooms are very clean,
Mike is the best in the weights/machine area of the gym. Good personality…..but always helpful and a worker!
nice clean facility
great yoga classes with Liz
The workout room is great and kept clean all the times. As a veteran, I appreciate your programs in support of all veterans.
Love the group exercising.
Goup activities
The availability.
Excellent Zumba instructors
The yoga classes taught by Liz are extremely good and she is a very good teacher making sure no one hurts themselves and always gives alternative poses.
Would like to see some aqua classes for older people.
Overall the Y on Novell Bryant is always friendly, helpful and clean
Something for everyone and great teachers and staff. Very clean and everyone friendly.
I want to know what is being done about the crepe myrtles around the property. I have been going to the Y since it opened, and not once has the crepe myrtles been trimmed, and cut back.
they need to be cut back every year to prosper and be healthy. Take a look at them.. right side of walkway, main parking lot.. they are brittle and dying... I received a call from Mickey... what is the status as she stated they would get them trimmed and cleaned up.
As I mentioned to her, all tree on the property need to be properly maintained and trimmed.
thank you,
Anna, the Tuesday night Zumba instructor is very enthusiastic and has great rhythm when she teaches the class. She is very welcoming and introduces new people to the class making them feel welcome. It is a very high energy class that doesn't make you feel sore. I love the class and want to try the Water Zumba Class.
The people that work the front desk are very friendly too, especially Melissa and Carmen. They are very welcoming.
The 100 mile club for swimming motivates me to keep swimming to get the free t shirt,
Also, exercising 10 times in February to get a free t shirt is a great way to motivate people to think of heart health.
It is a great facility for the area to have.
Chair yoga with Kira is quite a workout. Plus she explains exactly what she is doing and makes it a fun time.
Instructors are fun and knowledgeable. Loads of classes to pick from.
Great variety of
Classes and programs for adults and kids
Variety. Accessibility.
A very good variety at all times of day. Affordable. Work at your own pace.
Pickleball and its "coaches" are simply the best. But we need more courts because it is so popular!

You include everyone, as your mission statement says.
