The Y offers a variety of activities and scheduled times for classes. Also, all employees are very kind and helpful.

The best part is the new friends that my wife and I have made in our years at the Y. A lot of those friends are the staff.

I enjoy the yoga classes , they weight room and cycle and the swimming pool to do laps. I attend twice a week since I live in Homosasa, Fl, wish it was closer to my location. Over all its a FANTIATIC YMCA I Have been attendintg ymca since 2006, first one in Texas now in Fla.

The various type of activities and programs that cater to all walks of life. There is something for everyone.

Treadmills

I like the interaction and ease of assistance from everyone at the YMCA. The instructors and people using the facility are so friendly and helpful in everyway.

I basically use the wellness center. I'm really not a class person. I have attended some of their special events and once weight loss management class.

Large gym with a good variety of exercise machines. Has a good number and variety of group exercise classes that include the weekend and evening hours.

The cancer survivor class was so helpful and encouraging.It reminded me I could work out and feel better.Someone is always there to help and show you the proper way to use the machines.The classes offered are fun and beneficial.The Y treats you like family!

Classes are all different and something for everyone! Great instructors. Open all day!!

Clean environment with very helpful staff. Mike in the weight room has been awsome and very knowledge about proper use of equipment and types of exercise.

Absolutely love my line dancing class!

Everyone is very kind and helpful. Jason introduced us to the exercise equipment and we enjoyed our pickleball lesson. Lots of people learning and enjoying pickleball; maybe more courts could be added?

I do the silver sneakers and the instructors are great
