Great trainer in John Gibson

Absolutely love how friendly the staff are when you are greeted. The Y is also kept very clean and organized and people clean up after themselves. The availability of group exercise classes is great and also wonderful for a wee bit of socialization.. The Gym has awesome equipment to work out with and there are amazing classes to work out in the Pool as well. It has become my favorite place to go..

TaiChi; Bill is the best.
Chair and mat yoga; Kera really cares about her participants individual needs.
Spin; Barbara is lots of fun and inspirational.
Weight room; Kim is always helpful.
Haven't tried the pool yet but will in future.

I love how clean the facility is. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I am outside my comfort zone and I feel a little more at ease in this atmosphere. I love the variety of classes.

I like the machines that allow us old folks to get good exercises without any concern of injury.

Everything I want is at the Y. Awesome classes and all the machines I could possibly need. I would love to have a chair yoga class on Saturday, too!

Love the pool

The YMCA in Lecanto is a full service facility. Everything you need is at your fingertips and the staff is both professional and friendly.

I think all is great except the kids pool being closed till 3:00 . I like to lay by the water and work on my tan.

my boys go to the gym every day to work out, it is a nice place and it is affordable, they have a lot to offer the community. Very happy they are here, I go when I can.

I, personally, only use the exercise equipment. So much more is offered though and there are tons of people in / out all the time.
