Convenience with schedule and being walk-in - great for emergency adjustments! Very affordable with the packages, probably as cheap or cheaper than insurance co pays with no annual limit on visits. Great docs.
Had a great 90 minute Swedish massage by Sherry. My hips were out of alignment, ultimately causing lots of stiffness in my shoulders and neck. Based on her treatment, my hips felt great and loose as well as my back and neck, and I left feeling like a new person. Highly recommend her and the spa.

My first time there and everything was explained very well, making me very comfortable. First time in an infrared sauna and a salt room! Loved it! Julia is a great massage therapist, kind and professional. I joined right away! Looking forward to trying a facial!
Veronika is literally the only instructor for any workout that can get me out of bed for a 6am class! I love her playlists and also her personality as an instructor! Jeanine is also another fav - I find that I laugh the entire time she’s teaching just because of the stories she shares throughout class! I feel like she also shares things so timely and the hardest parts of class are easier to get through + love the classic songs mixed into her playlists!♥️♥️✨

I loved the absolute beginner class with Hazel last Sunday - it was a good entry level and pace. My friends who joined for the first time also enjoyed themselves (although some found it a bit difficult). My favourite part was we split into groups and had a discussion to improvise with a small part of the choreo. It made it a lot more fun, and less awkward or stressful since we can enjoy the dance with others. It's nice to learn less and refine the moves, rather than learning too much and being overwhelmed!
