Perspire is my daily morning routine it helps me stay health and refreshed. I truly look forward to seeing the staff when I go, they are very caring. I own a preschool so I am around a lot of germs and this helps me keep those germs away! I hate it when I miss a day or 2 hehe!

The team at Discover Strength Hudson is unbeatable. They are knowledgeable, kind and very personable. The exercise routines & machinery are effective yet safe on the body. The results are noticeable - I not only feel much stronger and more confident, others have noticed as well.

The facility is always clean and nicely maintained. The employees are friendly and helpful. I enjoy sweating out all of the gunk and starting my day on the right foot.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and the sauna booths feel brand new. I appreciated the red light therapy. Not sure I buy in to the color therapy but I enjoyed picking out a color. The TV with YouTube playlist and cool eucalyptus towel are nice touches.

I had a great experience at my first sauna with perspire. I liked the options for heat and light inside the sauna unit. I especially liked the eucalyptus towel at the end.

Personal focus

I enjoyed my first experience. I just wish you had a location closer to me in Surpirse, AZ. I would definitely get a membership to fully reap the benefits.
