24x7 at Cummings. If I could change one thing, it would be to put the bar back like it was 20 years ago and created a social atmosphere. We’re hanging out and having an adult drink with other adults is a higher attraction. That’s what lifetime has over your club?
The studio is a very clean, peaceful place. The private sauna room is very comfortable and the overall experience was very pleasant!

From the moment you walk in the door, everyone is always friendly and professional, and extremely helpful. I never have issues getting my reserved. Sauna space in a timely manner, and it is always clean and stocked with the towels that I need for my session. I really love the benefits of infrared sauna, and it is so much better than a traditional sauna environment. I always leave feeling relaxed, peaceful, and it feels like it reduces my stress as well. I love the added bonus of having the television where I can watch. All kinds of streaming shows or my most favorite is listening to frequency. Sound to help me relax.

I have always like the availability and choice of therapists. I used the same therapist, Angie, for a few years. She is wonderful, and I miss her (I have moved away). The membership saved a few dollars everytime and the specials that were offered really saved. Nice, clean office and friendly atmosphere.
