The studio is not too crowded, the instuctors are kind. There are always varying options for different levels of resistance in the exercises.

Johnny and Jack Listen, they care and they are extremely knowledgeable. i love going in and not having to think or plan what I am going to do. I go i get a great workout I leave and get on with my day. Highly highly recommend to anyone who will listen.

All of the trainers are very friendly, professional and encouraging. The work out is quick and efficient and I feel great when I leave.

phenomenal . however I wish it was 60 minutes so that I don't feel rush for the shower. I feel like I cut the sauna short to shower, and be ready to head out for my day. Maybe they can add a buffer space for shower and dressing while enjoying the full time in the sauna

The salon is beautiful and very well appointed with everything you would need for your spa experience and after your treatment. The staff is very friendly and Blake, my masseur, did an incredible job and was very courteous.

My favourite is the hot yoga classes, with Tamara and Natasha, they change each class so you are constantly learning and improving. It would be great for me if there was one more evening time hot class to attend.
Yin with Natasha is a great way for me to unravel, loosen up and relax while listening to her tales.
