The teacher was incredible. I love the hot yoga class with Flavia. It was a great session in terms of phisically effort and mind work. It seems like she puts her soul into teaching and I could perceive this.
There were a lot of people but I still managed to have enough space. Last time I did reformer and it’s great to know that their hot yoga is Fabolous as well
I have greatly enjoyed Perspire and will be back. I canceled my monthly membership due to the inability to make it in 4 times a month.

I had an excellent intro workout at Discover Strength with Kwaku Akore. He was professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job explaining the training style, which was new and different for me—in the best way. I really appreciated the one-on-one format and how personalized the session was. Kwaku took my previous injuries into account, adjusted the workout accordingly, and helped me clearly define my fitness goals. Overall, it was a great experience, and if you’re short on time, the 30-minute workout is incredibly effective. I left feeling motivated for my next session and highly recommend this approach to strength training.

I love everything about A Valley of Vitality Wellness Studio. The front desk ladies are polite, knowledgeable and courteous. Everyone that I have spoken to is always so friendly and helpful. The facility is clean, quiet and pleasant. The Studio has so many options that it is easy to find exactly what you need, when you need it. I look forward to my next visit as well as bringing friends and family with me and introducing them to everything that is offered!

I’ve been training at DS for over three years. I just had spinal fusion surgery last week and the surgeon told me post-surgery that the procedure took an hour longer due to the strength and density of my back muscles he had to cut through! That’s why we train!

Mindy was absolutely lovely to receive a massage from you - very professional, considerate, kind, caring. He massage touch and expertise are top notch - making sure to massage the areas I requested with proper attention and pressure.
Booking with yall was very easy and straightforward with a phone call. There was a hiccup with trying to book it online through MINDBODY. The available appointment time kept pushing an error code that it was no longer available upon check out. The remedy for this issue was to call in (for the exact time available online).

The individual suite was amazing, especially with the shower included in the suite. I loved the customization of the sauna features and access to a TV with easy to access spa music.
Very interactive and friendly Chef with 10 year olds! Perfectly set up and prepared for us.
