Every class I've taken is super fun and engaging. All the teachers are great. They really make sure everyone understands the movements and take the time to clarify things.
My therapist really listened to me, she was calming and kind and created a safe space for me.

Its a great idea, a female only gym. Id love to join my own reservations would be one its an hours walk to it and the bus is unreliable. Two im not very comfortable with the idea of a male instructor. I guess that's more important to me than even the one hour journey. I dont think I'd be very comfortable if I had a man doing the classes . Im scared of them. Doesn't matter if theres plenty of women around id be tense and nervous. I had bad experiences and im scared of men in closed quarters. Thsts the main reasons im reluctant to join.

I hadn’t been to the studio in a couple of years. Still so good. Super clean and not overly crowded. I really enjoyed the teacher-Jamie. Her class felt very calming, but still challenging. I’d definitely take a class with her again.

Great environment, very cozy. Class was well sequenced, great music choices (not distracting), and overall a great environment for intermediate to advanced practitioners!
The classroom is clean and warm. Receptionist are always kind and friendly. Natasha is the best hot yoga teacher, lead and guide us by enthusiasm of yoga.
