Love Yogahub Swords and the yoga classes both normal and hot yoga.
Have tried to Pilates both normal and hot and sculpt but don't find these work well with my back because of the angular movements and weights, so not for me.
The car parking issues have been overcome as I park in Swords Pavillions for 2 hours free parking and get some steps in and evening classes I can park on the Swords high street free after 6pm.
Sarah Roche is a great manager and looks after the studio so well, my yoga mat is always waiting for me each class, the replacement and stand-in yoga teachers have also been excellent including Emma N, Imogen and the quality of classes great and look forward to keeping my annual membership well into my later years.

One on one is definitely the way to encourage you to use the facility to its fullest. You change to different machines with the knowledge your trainer has about the machine and your body. This is the best!!!!

The studio is extremely nice. The added amenities of a TV and private shower are also huge pluses. I was a little skeptical, but enjoyed much more than I thought I would and did feel better after my session. My wife has returned to additional sessions.
