My fur baby loves coming to Dogtopia Oro Valley. I know he will be taken care of and loved whenever he is there. All of the staff are so nice and it is obvious that they love what they do.
every thing except that sometimes the wait time in the lobby for pickup and dropoff is excessive. this did not occur when there was a full time employee at the front desk. why did you elinminate that position? Would like to see it back

Great facility! My pet loves coming to hang out with the other dags and I can even get her nails and teeth done on the same day.
The staff is always so nice and excited to see Javi. I know he's in good hands when he's there. It's great to be able to check in on him via the cameras and see how much fun he's having!

Convenience, online scheduling, flexibility. Also, it's obvious the staff absolutely loves the dogs! I also like the web cams, and the various games / photo days / etc that are offered, along with spa services. Dogtopia is the best!

Friendly staff, easy scheduling, can get a dog grooming the same day requested and my dog is always excited to go there.
I like that my dog is always super excited to go in at daycare. I like that I can "spy" on him with the cameras. Love that Dogtopia will board, and I enjoy the convenience of the full service "spa" onsite as well.

I like a lot of things:
I can drop and p/up early and late, and it's the same cost.
The dogs are very safe & secure inside.
The owners are not allowed in dog areas.
There is protocol for fires, dog fights.
They have a LOT of crate time which is good to help prevent stress.
The people who work there are knowledgable and it's clear they all like/love dogs and are very well trained for safety.
My dogs can eat "lunch" that I pack for them.
The cams are fun to see the fur babies walking around and following the worker around.
