The manager on Penny's meet and greet was very kind, caring, answered all my questions. I feel like Penny was well taken care of on that day and has been since. When I was having issues with the app, the IT team was prompt at fixing those problems. Overall, a great group of dog-loving individuals.

I have been nervous to leave Bagel anywhere since our pet sitter moved to Canada. The whole staff at Dogtopia has been very kind and helpful at making me and Bagel feel at ease. I love the fact that we can tun in the camera and look at our babies any time. Also that we can text with any questions and concerns and the respond back pretty fast. So far I am very satisfied with Dogtopia. Shoutout to Ciara... she is a sweetheart! very knowledgeable and patient!

Ryder has been going to Dogtopia for almost 2 yrs now, He loves it, I like the activities and crafts they get to do. The staff is great they all love Ryder.

I know Ryder can be a lot, but he does need to release energy and I feel sometimes when I check on him on the cameras he is either not in the playroom or he is in a kennel, the only negative thing would I wish the playroom was bigger and had a outside option for more activities. But overall we love Dogtopia.

Oh another location in Marana would be nice as well.

It's a safe environment to leave my dog. He has learned to crate himself during the lunch hour when he is home. He's happier and healthier for the exercise he gets.

Warmth and genuine caring of staff. Like that dogs signing up for a particular day of the week finds friends with many of the same dogs being there. Flag loves to go to Dogtopia… a treat both for her and for me!

Everyone was extremely friendly both to me and Murphy. All questions were answered, and everyone was very patient. Murphy was well-taken care of, and appeared to enjoy himself.
