Newer facility (very clean) with separate rooms pending on size and weight of dogs. Staff are very good and I appreciate they have a dog coach.
The hours are super convenient, the staff is great, Ryder loves going and playing with his friends, I like the fact that you can check on your pup on cameras when they are working. I love all the crafts and themed pictures and parties that Dogtopia does.

every thing except that sometimes the wait time in the lobby for pickup and dropoff is excessive. this did not occur when there was a full time employee at the front desk. why did you elinminate that position? Would like to see it back
