The staff is great and you can feel their love to dogs and their commitment. I am also impressed how promptly I always get answers to any questions I have.

I like that the staff know my pup and her personality; they always greet her by name when she arrives. But the biggest factor is that my pup loves going; she has so much fun and always runs in so excited to see her human and 4-legged friends.

Dogtopia OV has one of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Our Blue Bear has been going there for I think about 2 years now and they are consistently wonderful. We’re grateful for the team there.

The staff are phenomenal. Easy scheduling. Able to accommodate my dog and his medical needs.

The fact that the handlers love my dog more than I do; the fact that they are always interested in finding the best fit for Murphy; the fact that I can board Murphy on site when work necessitates such a need, and the fact that Murphy can be groomed right on site. The alternative would be for Murphy to spend 12 hours each week day in a large crate with a radio playing.

Was just telling my husband about dropping Wiliie off today..His little butt was doing the shimmy it was wiggling so much!
I watched when he was let into the room with his play group and greeted by his pals.. They did the doggy "high five" and his Day began!!
I was worried, initially, that he was so exhausted when we bring him home.. Now I understand..;)
Also..the snacks..I signed him up for the spagetti/meatball snack today.

My dog loves loves loves going there! I know all the dogs there are vaccinated and healthy. It’s peace of mind that he is in a safe place and having the time of his life while socializing with other doggies one day a week.

Everyone is kind and courteous. They let me know if Sophie has had a great day or if her hips are bothering her. It’s important to me that there is staff that are invested in her welfare. I see that in action all the time.

The entire staff are friendly, welcoming, genuinely care for our Annie and take the time to learn the names of our Furry ones.

I appreciate that the staff cares for the dogs as well as the humans. They have always been willing to offer feedback and training suggestions when asked. We have been attending for 2.5 years and have not had any problems or concerns.

The facility is well managed and cared for. The staff are wonderful! They all really enjoy the dogs, know each one in their care and keep me updated on any issues with my pup. The go above and beyond with my dog;, when he get really messy they clean him up or bathe him. I trust them completely. I trusted them to care for him for 7 days when I was unexpected in the hospital. He is so happy to go there. He knows which days are Dogtopia days and makes sure I remember, too!

I love how everyone treats my dog like a family member. They greet her by name when she arrives and she loves the people as well as her doggie friends. I also appreciate the updates that workers give me about her, so that beyond when I can check in by web camera, I know that I can trust them to keep me posted if anything seems off.
