Friendly service

Our meet and greet was superb 👌. Our Sagepinon was so excited and enjoyed her visit with her new friends. She had an exhausting first day of camp--slept all night.
The camp is so immaculately clean, staff very friendly, we love the idea of viewing our Sagepinon on the Webcam.

The service

I had an unexpected family emergency that required me to fly LA immediately. I was skeptical about leaving my pup anywhere overnight. I think the staff knew I was a little nervous and they reassured me they would take good care of my little one. I was able to check the cameras in the Toy Box and saw that she was having a good time. I did worry about her going to look out the window every 3-5 minuets. I hope she was looking for me. When I picked her up four days later she was excited to see me and peed in the lobby. She is potty trained so I guess it was excited pee. She had been washed and had her nails trimmed. I asked for a little spa treatment because I felt guilty about leaving her. If I have to do it again, Dogtopia will be our doggie hotel of choice.

I like the fact that the folks who work there know my dogs well. Curbside pick for my two dogs. It is important for me because Alexa jumped out of my car last year and got hit by a car, so curbside pick is important to me. I like the small dog (Toybox) daycare. I love the camera so I can see them when I am out shopping or at the gym. Dogtopia fulfills all my doggie day care needs. The folks who care for the dogs are the best and I feel good knowing that my pets are in good hands.

Fast response to Brooke's and my request for one overnight boarding. Staff is great with dogs.

My pups loving going there and the staff is always helpful and caring.

The staff were, as usual, very competent and friendly. There was a bad odor in the front lobby, which we had never encountered before. (We normally visit earlier in the day, so maybe this is the norm for the afternoon time.)

Meet and greet & evaluation. We have only used the daycare service so far and it's been great. They know our dog and understand what he needs. He loves to be there! All we have to do is say "Dogtopia?" and he races to the door, ready to go. We're so happy to have them nearby.

Everyone is friendly. There is always someone in the rooms - this keeps human contact with the dogs and also keeps areas clean. I trust my girls being there.

I like everything about Dogtopia, especially the owners and staff! They love all the pups and it shows, my boy is so happy when he knows we are going to "play with puppies". I say those words and his tail starts wagging and he goes to the front door and waits. When I pick him up he's grinning and wagging like no tomorrow!
