Thank you so much for attending to our Miss Tulip while we enjoyed family activities in Albuquerque. We traveled over 110 miles to Albuquerque and Dogtopia was there to accomodate Miss Tulip. She enjoyed playing with the other dogs, and the attention at the spa/grooming services. The staff were attentive and extremely nice to us and stayed over time after closing hours to wait with Miss Tulip; we mistakenly got the closing hours wrong, but everyone was safe and happy in the end. Thank you again Dogtopia!! And thank you staff for the cute report card/birthday card, doggie treats, and birthday hat! You all went above and beyond!!

Staff is super friendly and really cares about the dogs. Our dog, away from Dogtopia for 10 months, was welcomed back as an old friend.
My dogs aren't locked in a cage all day when I board them at Dogtopia. They get to be out with the other dogs of their size, except for nap time and during the night. Most kennels charge extra if you want your dog to have play time. Dogtopia also doesn't charge extra for bringing your own food as most kennels do.
They have an app with web cams so I can see what my dogs are doing and they encourage you to call if you see any problems. And you can have them groomed there as well.
The staff are friendly and love animals. This is definitely a wonderful place for boarding and daycare!

Great experience overall! Very professional and friendly. We were very nervous about our puppy passing the meet n greet as she is very shy. Every one was very reassuring on the phone prior and then went at my puppy's pace to take her back for the evaluation on the meet n greet day. Answered all our questions happily. The transparency is much appreciated! The fact that you can login on a webcam at any time is such a plus. One of the reasons I went with Dogtopia is that she wasn't just sorted based on her size but rather her temperament ensuring that she would not feel overwhelmed. I'm excited for her to socialize in addition to having a great place to board when need be.
