Convenience and safety!

I like everything about your services at Dogtopia!! All of the staff is friendly, and really good to my little buddy!!

They take awesome care of our dog. He’s a bit older but the have a quality screening process to ensure he is a fit, but he really likes the spa treatments. We feel very comfortable leaving him for daycare or boarding as well.

I love that there is a camera you can see them all day. All of the dogs seemed friendly. My dogs were so worn out afterwards. I will definitely be bringing then back! The only thing I don't like is maybe the room size or lack of toys but I don't know how that would even affect the atmosphere.

Very friendly employees, pets are supervised at all times, and very acceptable building right on Coors Blvd. I will definitely take my Pom there again.

They kindly showed me the area where my dog would be bathed and were very patient with him even though he was so hyper and excited. The staff seem very kind and friendly.

I had left my dog at a dogtopia in Scottsdale and liked everything about how she was treated and how she responded afterwards. The Albuquerque location provided the same excellent care and genuine good feelings for my pet. I was especially reassured when I asked about trimming her toenails and it was suggested to wait until another visit so that her first one would be as positive as possible. My dog is 4 1/2 months old and when she is unsure about going she gets flat in the floor and stops. I had been to an interview at Camp Bow Wow and when she did this the staff with her lead immediately declared she was “shutting down” and brought her back to me! At dogtopia, the woman leaned down and talked to her then gently pulled her along. So much more common sense about dogs!!

We had a great grooming experience. Efficient, friendly, affordable. I don't know what shampoo they used on my dog, but it been over a week and he still smells great and has soft hair. I have never had that experience before.

Bummer that they don't do haircuts though. I have a med-long haired pup and he needs his paw pads and ears trimmed and doing it myself was kind of a pain.

The staff take the time to learn and care for my puppy. They are very kind and very clean. The staffs communication and their ability to help me understand pricing, boarding, and grooming is amazing. Only good things about this place.

1) It's quick and easy to drop them off and pick them up.
2) Owners can watch their pet online and see how they're getting along with others.
3) Dogs seem calm and there is always a staff member in the room with them the whole time.
4) Staff is very nice and remember your pets name when you walk in.
5) Staff keeps track and informs you of vaccines coming due or number of paid visits left on the account and if more want to be added.

Staff are great... dogs are happy!
