They do excellent work, while also managing to be quick at their job, AND they can have complex and involved conversations with the customer and everyone else in the room without any compromise to the former. I am always greatly impressed with Sport Clips when I go there. It's a little pricier than my local barber (I typically choose to support his local business, but Great Clips is still important to me), but the extra $ is justified by the quality of the work and the experience. Another job well done. Here's to many more!

I came in with the first timers coupon that was left on my car and I left with a fresh new hair style, product, and a smile.
My host Yessenia was very professional and explained the services offered as well as how she cut my hair and how the information would be saved for future visits.The massaging shampoo and the legendary hot towel really made for a relaxing experience

I went in for a haircut. I had registered through the app. I had 40 minutes before I had to be at my kids school which is 5 mins from the Sport Clips. I wanted the same haircut as last time. The stylist didn't seem sure how to do it. Started cutting, left for a few minutes. Started Cutting again kinda rough. Left again for a few minutes before finally a new stylist came out. I told her I have to be gone in 10 minutes to pick up my kids. She went as fast as she could to fix the mess. It took 15 minutes to finish which meant I was late for picking up my kids from school. The total time to cut my hair was over 40 minutes. My normal time getting a hair cut there is under 20.

The stylists were very nice! I understand that this business opened for the purpose of those with masculine hair and facial types, but as a female I had a decent hair cut. She did what I asked, but I felt a little rushed.

I always receive great hair cuts and service from Sports Cips, however my last visit I was very upset with how the store employees handled being behind.

I made my appointment online due to a tight schedule. It showed 24 minutes, I did an errand to waste time and arrived so to have only a 10 minute wait when I arrived. When I arrived to the store my name showed a 50 minute wait. I sat waiting, thinking it must be wrong as I saw my name fluctuate between 24 minutes to 5 minutes and then back to 24mins on the screen.

I ended up waiting over an hour AFTER my appointment time for my hair cut without anyone talking to me regarding my wait or the reason behind me waiting. When I was eventually called, I was told it was due to someone calling in sick, which is understandable, but I feel like this was handled poorly and I should have been notified when making my appointment or at least when I arrived. If I was notified that I would wait that long, I would have come in the next day.

Fast in and out. Received the cut I requested

She was very friendly and knowledgeable about how to cut curly hair. She listened to how I wanted to have my hair cut. Asked what brand of products I used then recommended that I try tea tree products due to the fact that it promotes curly hair to keep the natural oils in. The products I use dry out my hair which causes corse hair.
