The time I came in November and this time both times it took way longer than expected. The time in November I checked in and waited for longer than the clock said. Then when I went in to get my haircut it took 40 minutes and the person doing my hair kept walking away. She walked away so many times that I began to wonder if she was ever going to cut my hair. The hair cut was not done well and eventually, another person had to take over. I ended up being late to pick up my kids. This time in December I checked in on the app and I received a text that said your hairstylist should be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived within 5 minutes then proceeded to wait almost 40 minutes before being seen. This time the experience was good with cutting my hair. Both stylist did a great job. My biggest complaint is that I am using the app to check in, the app tells me a few minutes, so I arrive promptly, then I end up waiting 40 minutes before being seen. My hair cut from the time waiting to the end of the hair cut is now taking over an hour each time and this is getting out of control. The app tells me one thing, but then I experience a completely different time when I get there. If this happens a third time then I will have to find another place.
My sons haircut was so bad he had to get it shaved he went in for a fade all of you’re barbers should at least be able to do a proper fade I am very disappointed and will be giving you guys bad reviews..

Kika is amazing every time I come in to get a cut, the communication of what she’s doing while she cuts along with the skill is definitely some of the best I’ve experienced, and that’s saying a lot coming from me because my hair cut is not easy to do and I’m very picky about my hair.
