I love that aire fitness is an option on weekday mornings and 2 evenings a week. I hope that continues to be the case. I love the variety of fitness classes.
The classes are done multiple times on different days that allow you to take on each time or another day if you miss. There is a track to walk while you wait for your class or after while you wait on your partner. Staff is helpful and the place stays clean. They offer something for all ages.

Parents morning out was so great to introduce my toddler to a child care setting. The teachers were wonderful and she really enjoyed being with the other kids
We have really enjoyed coming to the Northwest YMCA. I live in Lithia Springs and drive there 4-5 days a week for activities for my daughter. She enjoys PMO, swim classes, dance/tumble, ballet, soccer and the family events you do for the holidays. Even after PMO she was to play in the play center for a bit longer. The facility is always clean, organized, all the staff are very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. I look forward to using more of the services available.

The facility is clean and well lit. There are a lot of classes to choose from. I wish there were classes that were more similar to Cindy's Mon 10:45 Functional fitness. That is a very popular class because she is a great instructor. Really like her style. The level of challenge is adaptable to a wide range of fitness levels.

I enjoy the group classes. The instructors are wonderful. They explain what muscles you are using. They always offer modifications if you need them. I hope to eventually add lap swim. The rest of my family enjoys the weights & machines.
