What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love the water classes, or at least most of the instructors who teach the classes.

I like going upstairs to do free weights and the rowing machine.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Swimming lessons were fantastic! They really helped my daughter get over her fear of holding her breath without plugging her nose.

Also, I personally love the weight equipment and treadmills. All the equipment is making my fitness journey so much more enjoyable!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I really like the yoga classes especially gentle yoga and also the Zumba classes. I do wish there were more gentle yoga classes offered throughout the week.
The facility is very clean and the staff is quite helpful.

Like the warm, friendly staff. Gym facilities are great. Pools are nice and many classes are offered to suit everyone’s abilities.

I love the "family", relaxed, and non-judging vibe of the Canton YMCA. I feel very much at home there. Love all my new friends and don't want to miss a class!!I Also love the inspiring instructors. Medodye Down is the best! She very caring, thoughtful, motivating, and educates us.

we love going to the YMCA in Canton GA. the staff are so pleasant, helpful and friendly.
instructors are good and a nice variety of activities.
We love being able to sit with friends and have a nice cup of coffee after classes.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Our toddlers enjoy swim lessons at the indoor pool, and our oldest loves swimming, sliding, and diving at the outdoor pool! My girlfriend and I love to use the gym, which is always clean and functional. It's a great community center :)

My very favorite is the chair, yoga class taught by Catana! I took my sister-in-law there yesterday as a guest and she is joining the Y. I am 66 years old. Joining the Y was the best gift I have given myself in my entire life!
