Love Gentle Yoga!
All of us in that class are wondering why you continue to have Pilates on Wednesday at 11:30 when there’s hardly anyone in that class and everyone in the Monday and Friday 11:30 Gentlemen Yoga class are begging for a Wednesday class? Yet it seems to be ignored? Cindy’s class is ALWAYS full! Would it be possible to move Pilates upstairs to the empty studio at the back of the cardio room?

Well rounded choices, like the “senior “ options, great way to start out if you are new back to the gym. Great instructors. The y is always clean smelling and feel like it’s always clean and fresh!

Being able to work at my own pace and all the encouragement from instructors knowing my limitations and helping me stay positive with what I can do. Having a variety of experiences with equipment during the classes. Everyone you meet is friendly and helpful. Classes go by too fast and never looking at the clock because I am bored. I wish the classes were longer than 45 minutes. Very satisfying with the classes thus far.
A lot of programs and class options. Something for everyone
Staff is very friendly and helpful. The Indoor Pool is full size (25 yards) and is excellent for lap swimming. I like that there is always a lifeguard. Locker rooms, Toilets and Showers are all clean and functional. When there are issues the staff addresses them. Conveniently loacated. Lots os activities both free and reasonable fees.
I use the walking track & it is convenient & easy for me to walk on in any kind of weather. I really enjoy that!

First of all, ALL of the staff are incredible, friendly and helpful! I especially want to give a shout out to the cleaning staff, they keep the place pristine. And I can’t say enough good things about the instructors. I, being older, have more limitations physically than I once did and the instructors will caution me and offer me modifications if a particular exercise is difficult or painful for me.
The programs and classes are great, so many offerings that coming to the Y is now my full-time job. And I feel better for it. I started with the Canton Y when we moved here in 2017. We both had knee replacement surgery in 2026 and the water aerobics classes were great for our recovery of strength and range of motion. Then transitioned to older adult exercise classes and now have taken up pickleball and that is extremely fun and social - and another great workout.

Good equipment and clean facilities. Ultra clean is really the word for this place.

I like the friendly desk staff as I walk in and the friendly staff throughout the facility . I basically use the pool and like the staff there as well. Pool is clean as is locker room. I get my exercise and a sense of belonging as well .
