Great classes
Good facility. Love the indoor pool. Locker room though a bit "used" is fine as are the showers. Generally kept clean though a bit tough in the summer.

Very age appropriate. I love all the instructors. Every instructor is a little different in their approach but all give a good workout.

Good instructor for senior great equipment
The classes offered, everyone is very helpful. The court is one of our favorite places to play with the grandchildren.

I enjoy the class offerings for seniors. These classes have grown in attendance in the last couple of years.
I am taking swim lessons. My teacher, Cheney is the best! The entire lifeguard team is helpful and nice too.
Water aerobics
Water classes are the main reason I joined 4 months ago. I’m ready to expand my work out. Everyone has been kind and helpful. Having evening classes are the best for me as I’m a full time nurse. Thanks YMCA team for all you do to help me live a fitter life!

Classes are great although I wish they scheduled yoga classes in the early afternoon some too. The people are polite and friendly.
