The group exercise classes are great!! Irene is a lovely instructor that goes out of her way to make the class accessible to everyone regardless of your fitness level.

New to the game here, but are really enjoying the weight machines and the elliptical bikes.
Walking having the walking path padded and no cracks makes it easier to walk, and people watching while you walk. We also love the pool for stretching and walking and movement much easier on these old bones and muscles.
While we have not been there for several months, we have started again and look forward to come more regularly. It is good for us, and we like the friendly people working there.
It is geared to every age and physical level.
We LOVE Melody! She has great programs for seniors and her.enthusiasm and spirit are wonderful. I do wish she could have a senior strength class, amd a parkinson class in early afternoon. Her classes are jam.packed, everyone loves
her. Please add more Melody!

I also met with Chuck recently and appreciate him getting me started on a workout program .
We are enjoying all of our classes and working out with the machines Everyone has been very helpful and friendly. We especially like the Beginner Pickleball class.
Wellness coach Nate is amazing. He took time to walk me through a routine that fits me and my limitations. He instructed me on the correct form and settings for me with each machine and exercise.
The Aqua instructors do a great job as well. Gretchen on Monday night keeps you engaged and moving. Judy on Tuesday and Thursday is a slower pace but still keeps you going enough to get a good workout. Wendy also makes every workout challenging but fun. Great team.
I have lost almost 100 lbs and I appreciate and thank this amazing group for helping and being supportive.
Lots of variety for people at different fitness levels. All of the instructors have made everyone feel welcome.
Great aquatic programs
Large variety of programs for all ages.
The classes offered. I do wish there were Saturday and Sunday afternoon classes, other than Zumba. Yoga or senior strength would be awesome at 2pm.
I do not take classes, but use the treadmill and the strength machines, plus free weights.
I like environment - clean, plenty of equipment, etc.
Staff are great - helpful and friendly.
All the workers seem very nice and helpful. Everything is so clean, I just told them yesterday how clean the men's bath room is. Just a nice place to relax and enjoy. First name removed
