Instructors are creative and present. I would like to see a bench out front for folk with physical challenges to sit while waiting for pick up. Several weeks ago a senior man was waiting and obviously had som challenges and fell next came fire trucks and ambulance. If there had been a bench to sit on maybe he would not have fallen. Thank you

As usual, I enjoy the choices offered by the Summit Y. You have all kinds of activities and support for members. I personally enjoy the workout room and walking the track. However, you do offer times for members, especially seniors, to get to know one another through sponsored events. The Y is clean and well maintained.
My husband and I love the work out classes. All of the instructors are AMAZING! Our favorites are Barbara H. And Barbara G!
I would like to recommend to add a few additional class options like body pump or more cardio classes.

Stretch and I swim
They are geared to age appropriate and ability.
I have participated in 3 Gerry fit seccions (each 12 week) I enjoy them very much. In-between I attend the AOA classes. I understand there has been an additional AOA class each week now. I also do the gental yoga class on Monday. And I use the equipment and walk on the track as well as the water balance classes. The YMCA has been a life changing experience for me.

We love the classes that are available. We also appreciate how clean the entire building is. One suggestion would be to add an outdoor track.
I love YMCA , I am 68 years old today and I used to go to the YMCA in Brazil since I was 5 years old.
