Group exercise classes
Pickleball is top notch. Good friendships, fellowships exercise and activity for those that use it. The Summit YMCA has a very good staff.
On Saturday indoor afternoon pickleball goes from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.. I would suggest starting an hour earlier. There are many more people using the gym playing pickleball then shooting the hoops at this time.
I am a 72-year-old female. I appreciate the classes you have for seniors. Also, I appreciate using the track. It is better than walking on the hard surface outside because of bad knees. Using the equipment at the gym is great too. I use the Summit facility in Newnan.
I always loved the water aerobics, but I haven't been in quite a while. I love the strength senior class which I take twice a week. Kathryn is a wonderful instructor. I really appreciate and like all of the great instructors and people who work there. I have made quite a few friends there, and that is great! Love the special activities there for the Seniors (special luncheons and get togethers); they are always a lot of fun.

I like the early 5:30 am classes. The friendly, helpful and encouraging instructors are great!
Love parents night out and the day care. Great pool facility, plentiful treadmills in gym room.

We like everything about the facility. It's conveniently located, clean, and well-equipped. The staff is friendly and helpful, inviting and personable. The price is something we can afford with the help provided, which we sincerely appreciate. The young lady facilitating our Coach Approach is very nice and helpful.
The only thing we would change is for some of the classes, like water aerobics, to be available later in the evenings, since I work during the day, and can't take advantage of the daytime classes. Very nice facility.
Although I am not enjoying the monthly rate, I am enjoying the classes that are being offered.

They have programs for kids and older people. Also help communities.
I really like the Active Women's strength class. The instructor, Kathy, and sometimes
sub are also excellent.
The instructors are very good!
They’re all very fun, and engaging to play with friends and biological family members in the United States Of America country.
There is a wide variety of programs. Wish some were offered in the middle of the day rather than mornings & evenings tho. 😊
Super friendly and comfortable environment
I love Wateraerobics, it’s fun and the best exercise I can do. The staff is always friendly. Also, I enjoy the senior events. I am so fortunate to live not too far from the Y.
I appreciate the efforts of the Wellness Director and the Wellness staff, including the individual fitness class leaders. This combined with the play center makes for a welcome setting that improves and enhances the member experience for a critical community segment, the core family!
