We love the children's workers and that we have access family changing rooms. We exercise as a family and it is an important part of our routine.

Mostly excellent instructors. I appreciate efforts toward new class types. I would love to see some sort of core/stretch class earlier in the morning.

I love that whenever I walk in, I am greeted by my name - my kids, too! Everyone is so friendly and helpful, and I feel like the employees genuinely care about my wellness and making sure I feel at home. Everyone including other members cheer each other on, and it makes a great community to thrive in your fitness journey!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Really enjoy the M-W early spin class. Would like to see one on Fridays. Last time I went to a Friday combo class, only 4 or 5 people would attend
