The variety in activity is invigorating! True. Something for everyone. As a senior reactivating a busy life, I found that the location of my Y and the fact that having a National membership allows me to visit local Ys when I visit friends and relatives in other states. I enjoy traveling to another state to visit with my new grandchild and expose then to the wonders and freedoms found at the local YMCA near them.

Love the entire experience at the Covington YMCA. Pickleball is my favorite.
Equipment stays in good shape. Old replaced with new regularly. Programs available at various times.
The stretch class has helped me with arthritis in my knees and hip. Just would like a class also on Friday. I attend class on Monday and Wednesday . So would rather not miss the exercises for four days. Maybe you can recommend another class.

I like the group classes. I love the conga, Zumba, yoga, Pilates, cardio strength and hiit classes. I also like to use the machines.

The programs and activities are great. in my opinion, Covington needs a new YMCA facility with an indoor pool and a basketball court. I do like the current facility but it is time for an upgrade.
