Inclusivity--all ages, sizes, identities, abilities have a place in the Y classes and activities. I love it that when I come to the Y I am greeted by name. It is truly my "third space" where I feel like I matter and am part of a community. I am so grateful for the Covington Y.

The programs you have are designed for all ages and fitness stages. I am 68 and just starting to get back into exercising. I have been walking on your track. I've taken the gentle stretching classes (which is extremely good). I've used some of the machines on my own. Any time I've asked an employee for help or a question I find they are very knowledgeable and helpful. I enjoy the atmosphere at the Y of being open and friendly. You all are wonderful.

I enjoy coming in to workout on the machines, but if I have a question, there is always someone there to help me... the staff is top notch! Everything is kept clean and in good working condition.
I like the feeling of community at our Y. Everyone seems to know everyone and they make you feel right at home. We specifically enjoy the gym and pickle ball.

The Y provides a great variety of classes and workout machines making it a place everyone can find the perfect fit of exercise for them. It is a very inviting facility with a friendly staff waiting to greet and assist each individual who walks in the door. All the instructors are friendly, well trained and professional. The Y can’t be beat!!
