Child care was the main reason for joining and it's been such an amazing help for my husband and I - and you 18 month old LOVES it. I haven't had a chance to try the classes yet. I would like the option of some more earlier classes (from 7-9 am). But other than that we are very pleased so far!
Covington programs have more than 1 class per day.

I primarily use the weight machines and free weights. The equipment is clean and in good order. The staff is always helpful and attentive.
I like it . It’s clean, quite and they play good music.
They have really laid back group classes, the only issue is finding space at the beginning of the year. (All those New Year's resolutions.) A bigger workout/exercise room would be awesome so there is more space for everyone.
Regie seems like an able instructor. The proof is in the pudding as relates to my balance problems. Name removed

Excellent equipment and good coaching and assistance with learning the exercise machines.
The number one benefit for me is that the Y has a child care facility that my kid can use while I workout each day. It is the biggest benefit to me since I am a single parent with a full-time job.

We love our Covington YMCA! What a blessing it is to us and our community. The staff is helpful and friendly. The facility is always clean and available for our schedules.
