The people and the classes
There are several classes for seniors but could use more.
The staff is awsome.
The Y has programs designed for all ages and abilities. It is centrally located and has easy access to the local walking trails. The new machines are easy to use with clear instructions.

The place is clean, it has all the equipment I need, the front desk staff is, without exception, friendly and helpful. That said, I'm not totally sold yet on the cardio machines (treadmills, etc.) monitors, but it could be my ignorance. Nonetheless, a step-by-step laminated cheat sheet that could either hang from each machine or be available at the desk might be helpful. I am willing to help write (and test on equally dense members like myself) and design something if the Y would like. Name removed

The group classes are amazing -- particularly with Lana, Andrea, and Sam. I love the intensity, variety, and community.

We like the broad choice of classes we could take. The instructors are wonderful. We also enjoying walking the trail around our YMCA. The classes are set up so that depending on your skill level there is something for everyone. When we walk into the Y we are greeted and the atmosphere is so inviting. It's so family friendly. We love it!
