Very large pool and variety in its exercise equipment. The one item I wish they added is a few heavy bags for a boxing like exercise. All that said the cost of membership is getting high.

I like the Cowart Y because offers so many options for various ages and stages of life, the membership is diverse in age, gender, demographics, and abilities. There is something for everyone in a space without judgement.

I like group classes.
I have always enjoyed the group classes I have taken. I like that I am able to do my personal fitness app at the Y easily with the equipment and machines that you have in the gym.
I like all the classes I wish, though that you offered more weightlifting classes for adult adults
The Active Older Adult Classes
Great classes and facilties.
I like the group activities and the senior 55+ Club activities.
I like also the fact that the coaches can individualize our independant exercises at the different types of exercice equipments. I am just lazy for working individually and I am more motivated to exercise in a group.
I appreciate as well the group exercises with Marla (Barre) as with Norma (yoga) as with Miki and Sarah (I am only sorry for not having been more available at the time offered by Sarah) (balance ).
The other group exercises must be interesting, they just do not work out with my other events. I wished that Tai-Chi could be given more than once a week for me tobe available for the other times during which it could be taught.
With the weather coming warmer, I plan to enjoy the swimming pool in improving my lap speed!
Variety of class offerings is good and times are good. Love the pool tho the water temp is a bit warmer than ideal.
