Just great programs and staff. The Y is always clean and the atmosphere is friendly.
Everything is great but please put a full length mirror in the women’s locker room! There was one before the construction on the locker rooms.

The variety of classes, really good teachers, pleasant atmosphere
pool tennis courts and basketball courts.
I do wish the rowing machines were all working. Also would like the basketball rims to be fixed on going.

Great Studio 55 actvities - especially the field trips!!
I like the group exercises, also the senior 55's group club and the fact that there is a wellness coach to advise us on which exercises to do for our body specific needs.
The different coaches are very positive and professional. People at the front desk are welcoming!

I like the classes that Miki Joyner does for seniors and the resistance machines.

Group classes. But, I wish this location added 12:30p classes.
Cowart YMCA has been my family’s refuge for over ten years. The kids love the pool and summer camps. I love the weights. And we love supporting an organization that does great things for our community.
Cowart is an essential part of Brookhaven.

I love all of the classes geared towards keeping us seniors moving! I also enjoy the field trips, snack-n-chats, and lunch-n- learns. Some of us have strengthened our social connections thru a once-a-month luncheon at the nearby Mexican restaurant. It’s a great place for all ages everyone is sooo encouraging and helpful…members and staff. THANK YOU COWART YMCA!

great gym
I really dislike the new checkout system for school after care. It really slows down checking the kids out- you've got to enter your phone number, select who you are, pick the kid, then sign. And if other parents are waiting it can take forever. I think its just too much and not necessary (even if the lawyers disagree!). But love the afterschool program and the staff are just great. Love the parents night out monthly events and generally really appreciate the why!
