What do you like about our programs and activities?

My favorite part of the facility is the pool. I use the pool about three times a week and I use the recumbent bike as well. I haven't used the track yet but I'm sure I will.

I play pickleball and have been welcomed by other members. Staff were helpful in introducing me to the facility and scheduling of activities

Great timed group workouts throughout the morning and day. Great, dedicated instructors that always show up! Very welcoming!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I realize it is winter but the studios downstairs (1 and 2) are too hot! Please turn down the heat. People are getting overheated during the exercise classes. This is a liability.

I enjoyed the variety of classes, the cleanliness of the facility, which creates the best environment, as well as, the friendly staff, and the great instructors you that teach. It's so peaceful to my soul.
