Convenience, friendly staff and members.
I'm really pleased with the course offerings and the workout spaces. Parking is also plentiful and the front desk staff is quick to welcome me every time I arrive.
Good equipment and classes. But many of the classes are too crowded for the room size. Studio 1 cannot fit 25 people. Everyone is bumping into each other in there. Either reduce the class size or move classes to a bigger room.
I appreciate the summer camp and the fact that it’s conveniently close to where we live

The staff is exceptional. We enjoy this facility and its convenient location.
The equipment, the greeting desk, the facility in general. There is always room for improvement. I wish the locker rooms were a little more updated in general. Better lockers( with the new lock system instead of having to bring your own lock), better hair dryers, and towels available to the members.

It’s clean and the equipment is nice
I enjoy the new and high quality equipment, along with the fact that the space is quiet, clean and has plenty of natural light. Regarding the classes offered, I would like to see more that are geared towards seniors. Thank you for providing such an inviting and welcoming facility!

What I need
I enjoy the more intense classes like Y Fit. Yoga is good.
I can't really specify, its just a well run facility with balanced activities and programs for all
staff is always courteous, attentive, knowledgeable and responsive
The classes in which I participate are well run, fun and contribute to my health and fitness goals. I have also enjoyed getting to know class members. Needless to say, the instructor, Miki is fantastic. I also use the track regularly for walking. All facilities are always clean, bright and the staff welcoming. I have had a great experience.
The diversity covering diferent ages and needs. Diferent aspects of people and at dif stages of life. The help and support for everyone from staff and among all participants to one another as if members of a large family.
