There are so many to choose from!
I just took my very first swimming lesson (at age 65). I learned how to swim in high school but was never comfortable with my ability. My Y instructor started from scratch and by the end of the first lesson, I felt my confidence building.
The women's showers and locker rooms were clean and comfortable. I forgot to bring a lock for the locker, but was able to take my gym bag to the pool area. The only thing that gave me a little pause was the rust on the swimsuit dryer and, contrary to the instructions on the top, I had to hold down the lid on the dryer until I thought it was enough.
Everyone in the facility has been very pleasant and helpful. I'm looking forward to my next swimming lesson.

I don't use this location very often, but when I do it is always clean and the equipment is in great condition.
Group exercises, especially Zumba Gold and Senior Strength classes

The variety of classes and times as a single mom I can usually fit in a class I like and the child care is so amazing. They love my toddler so much
There are high energy evening water aerobic classes Tuesday through Thursday. When these are added to Y water classes around Atlanta, members can benefit from a complete daily workout schedule. Staff in the pool area is friendly. Weight machine area is remodeled. I am always met with a smile at the front door.

I live in Buckhead but switched from the Buckhead Y to the Cowart Y because of the TLC of the Cowart Y! You all are the best!!
The instructors are great. I give a shout out to Miki for her excellent service to seniors - and all others. The front desk staff is welcoming and warm. The facility is very nice.

The staff are great! I like that there is no background music so everyone can listen to their own music or talk to each other. The new equipment upgrades are also very nice and have made contention over popular machines less likely.
Nice, clean, cheap
I have really enjoyed my Y membership. The facility offers everything I need to be fit in life. The classes are as late as 7pm which means I can go after work. The instructor are friendly and knowledgeable. The class offers verity from low intensity to the highest level of fitness. There’s something for everyone. Plus the price can’t be beat. I highly recommend checking it out to anyone looking for a fitness center.
I enjoy the HIIT classes I take. The teachers make the classes challenging, and provide alternative movements to make the workouts accessible to everyone in the class.
No very professional very customer oriented. The staff are so friendly and kind and it just makes your visitations so worthwhile they’re so helpful and instrumental and helping you and your loved ones I couldn’t think of a better affiliation relationship in organization to go to. I love the YMCA in the YWCA. Thank you.
New equipment & clean facilities.
It has lots of upgraded equipment and many different classes for all ages.
I like the indoor track, bicycle machines, and weight machines. But what I like best is the staff -- they are a remarkable bunch of people.
