They are good for my mind, body & over all health!
I like that our YMCA offers every sport activity to our children, with exception of football. They have indoor and outdoor sports year round so we do not have to register at various different locations for sports activities and most are COED. Soccer, Swimming lessons and team, Karate, and they are always adding additional activities, like the children's Triathlon. WOW! The summer camp is constantly growing and trying to create more learning during the summer with travel camps and various camps for a diversity of children. It's rather GREAT to be a part of the Cowart YMCA Family.

Various Instructors who specialize in each class, whether Yoga, Pilates, or Zumba, makes Ashford Dunwoody's Cowart Ymca the destination...A Fun Ymca to go!

I love the 8.30 workout classes and that childcare is available - the latter makes it possible to work out and stay healthy for my children!
I enjoy the Zumba classes and the help and feedback from the coaches.
My son just started swim team. This is the first time we have ever done swim team. Everyone is so nice and all of my questions were answered quickly. The coaches are amazing and we are looking forward to a great season.
Classes for seniors are wonderful.
Great class schedule and always adding things/changing it up. Excellent, well-kept equipment including the 2 new Peloton bikes. Clean, bright facility. Nice staff. Quality childcare.
I don't participate in them, but i heard they're good for everyone.
The gym is always clean and there are plenty of equipment. Also I just took up cycling, and have been to the Monday and Thursday 6:30 classes. The instructions are great!

Adult classes, especially early morning. Pool is great when it's not crowded. Great greeter staff in early morning!

Gentle Yoga. Please add more late afternoon or evening classes during the week. My daughter and I always go after work/school. :-)
It would be better to have a water in pool and in whirlpool more clean. In general everything is very good. Thanks a lot.
