Love that classes are good for all ages! Safe, but challenging.
I like the Senior stretch and and strengthen classes and chair yoga. Iit is also very good to have some social interaction.

Great facilities, wonderful staff.
I’m a runner who can’t run outside in the cold months so I like the track. It would be nicer if it were warmer in there. Sometimes it’s almost as cold as outside. Also the rules need to be observed by all who use it. Otherwise it’s great...always clean and well maintained. Thank you.

We love everything about the Cowart YMCA - the facilities, people, equipment and programs are all excellent. The one thing I don't like is beyond our local Y's control - it's the policy about reciprocity. I have a second home on Amelia Island in Florida, and there is a Y there. I can't use my Brookhaven membership at the Amelia Island Y. (Actually, my wife and I are limited to 14 guest visits a year) They say it's because Metro Atlanta never joined the national reciprocity program. This needs to be reconsidered.... quickly. Other fitness clubs have full reciprocity.

I love all of the classes - all of the instructors have been awesome and it is a great way to meet other people in the area. The pool is clean and a pleasure to swim in. All of the exercise machines are new and kept up very well. It has been great joining this YMCA, and I am so happy to have it so close by!

I love the community feel at the Y. When I walk in, I am greeted nicely. I enjoy the variety of classes. It's well-run, clean and often decorated for an upcoming holiday. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else!

This was our original YMCA that our family attended until we relocated to Kennesaw, it was good to be back where we started at. The improvements to the facility are great and we look forward to coming back when we are in the sandy springs/Dunwoody area!
