That you have very kid centered activities. My kids ask us all the time to bring them to the Y which cause us to stay on top of our fitness. It’s great.

You have the best water program, pool and water instructors! i look forward to being there three times/week. The staff is friendly and helpful - what is there not to like? You offer also many programs for seniors, which is very important.

I like my pitates/stretching class with Susie.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I particularly like the senior classes, enjoy Zumba the most. I would love to see you start a program for playing cards like bridge and canasta.
I also love that the Y is so clean.

I like that there are so many activities and programs for children ( parent's night out, after school program, play center, day camps) and the facility offers great classes for adults.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I visit the Cowart Family/Ashford Dunwoody Y because I live between it and the Decatur Family Y which is my home Y. I enjoy when I go there because the staff are friendly and helpful and there are lots of the same machines I like to use there. It makes my day work so well when I'm in the Buckhead/Perimeter areas to be able to drop in to this location. It's a nice facility and well kept like the Decatur Y. I occasionally see friends there who live in Buckhead and Brookhaven. So it's fun to visit.
