The staff is super friendly and the Y has done a great job with keeping many programs going while maintaining a safe and clean environment during the pandemic.
Strength training & coaches, great yoga classes, & track for running/walking are my favorite things.
But I also want to try peloton bikes & other classes.
Really appreciate how the Y managed through Covid by helping feed so many families & children & by creating safe space to work out via new safety & cleaning policies & respacing floor layout.
Convince of being able to work/out without out it being over crowded. However, it would be great if we could book swim lanes 48 hours in advance like booking tennis courts.

I LOVE all the water aerobics classes. I also love the COVID safety practices and the diligence of the lifeguards.
I am also glad that there are basketball courts, and I look forward to taking more classes.

I like the machines (stationary bike, weights, ski) some, but I especially like the indoor track. Most of all, I like the friendly attitude of the employees.

I'm a new member... just moved my membership from Missouri. The BEST selling point for the Cowart Y is the friendliness of the morning Welcome Staff, Erin and Miki! I've loved Miki's fitness classes as well as Teri's! They promote, not only physical fitness, but also social connection... a true benefit for WHOLE HEALTH!
